What is Bandwidth allowance?
In short
A bandwidth allowance is the data a server may send and receive, and it decides when traffic slows down or costs extra.
A bandwidth allowance is the amount of data a server may send and receive over a billing period. It matters for sites with visitors, downloads and images, because reaching the limit can mean slower service or added charges. Providers describe the limit very differently. Unlimited under fair use, up to 12 TB per month is the allowance at 1Gbits, Unlimited bandwidth, 100 Mbps port is the allowance at 3v-Hosting, and 10 TB is the allowance at AdriaHost. Read the wording closely, since a fair-use cap or a port speed promises something different from a plain fixed allowance.
