DZSecurity review

The entry VPS is priced at DZD 2,800 and comes with 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 50 GB SSD. That is a monthly figure, since monthly lists monthly as the only billing cycle, so the same amount covers the first month and every later one.

The entry plan covers small Linux workloads with 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 50 GB SSD, and traffic runs to 1000 GB monthly traffic, 500 Mbps port. Linux is the stated image family in linux, so treat it as a Linux VPS rather than a Windows host.

Each instance draws on 1000 GB monthly traffic, 500 Mbps port, which is a monthly traffic allowance paired with a fixed port speed. Anything above that needs a word from the provider before you commit to a plan.

Not on this range. monthly lists monthly as the only option, so short test runs still cost a full cycle. Buyers who want pay-as-you-go rates should look at a provider billing by the hour.

linux is the only image family stated for the range, so a Windows workload has to go elsewhere. Plan your build around a standard Linux distribution and confirm the exact image with the provider before deployment.

DZ is the region listed for this range, and the company is based in Algeria. That suits traffic bound for Algeria, but it rules out multi-region failover and nearby edge capacity elsewhere.

Support runs on email, phone and help centre, so you can reach the team by email or phone and lean on the help centre for self-service answers. Live chat is not part of the listed channels.

The published commitment is a 99.9% SLA. That is a service level to plan around, and it is worth asking what the remedy is if a host falls short before you move production traffic onto it.

The business dates back to 2008 and trades as DZSecurity, headquartered in Algeria. A long trading history helps with a local market, though it says nothing about how the VPS range compares on price.
